POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Director of Care (DOC) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services to clients. This leadership role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives client satisfaction, supports caregiver training and development, and fosters a culture of compassionate, client-centered care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the CNO (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in community health care or home care.
• Experience leading a care team, preferably in a private or non-profit setting.
• Strong understanding of Ontario’s home care regulations and processes.
• Some flexibility required for after-hours or weekend needs.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
• Passion for elder care and improving the lives of seniors.

  Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
