We are growing rapidly and seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to drive our caregiver recruitment efforts across all offices. This position will be onsite Monday through Friday in our Walnut Creek office. Position Summary The Director of Caregiver Recruiting oversees all caregiver hiring initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing recruiting team, driving sourcing strategies, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified, compassionate caregivers to meet the staffing needs of our clients. The Director will partner closely with operations and marketing to enhance employer branding, improve retention, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive caregiver recruitment strategy aligned with company growth goals across all Bay Area offices. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets. Pipeline Development: Implement creative sourcing methods, including digital advertising, referral programs, partnerships with schools and community organizations, and social media outreach. Process Optimization: Standardize recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with all state and federal regulations. Employer Branding: Strengthen the company’s presence as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns and community engagement. Metrics & Reporting: Track recruiting KPIs and use data insights to improve performance, reduce time-to-hire, and increase caregiver retention. Collaboration: Partner with the operations and scheduling teams to forecast hiring needs and maintain proactive staffing levels. Compliance & Quality: Ensure all hiring and onboarding activities meet agency, state, and licensing requirements. Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience, preferably within home care, healthcare, or staffing industries. Proven success managing multi-site recruiting operations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics. Creative problem-solver with a passion for connecting people to meaningful work. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). Sales or business development experience strongly preferred — ideal candidate understands relationship building, closing, and conversion within a service-based environment.
