Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to oversee a growing portfolio of food and beverage kiosks within our various properties. This role will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and profitability of all locations. You will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative concepts, maximizing sales, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and health & safety. (Note: All locations are non-alcohol / halal)
Responsibilities:
* Develop a clear vision and concept for each F&B location, considering factors like target audience, location, and property theme.
* Oversee menu development and curation, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability.
* Recruit, train, and supervise kiosk staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
* Manage daily kiosk operations, including inventory control, purchasing, budgeting, and cost optimization.
* Drive sales growth and implement strategies to maximize kiosk profitability.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Develop and implement new concepts to expand offerings and drive revenue.
* Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
* Collaborate with property management and other departments on a cross-functional basis.
* Prepare comprehensive reports on performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple F&B outlets.
* Experience in developing and implementing innovative F&B concepts for high-traffic locations.
* Strong understanding of food costing, menu development, and inventory control.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software.
* A passion for the F&B industry and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
