JOB DESCRIPTION

Cintas is seeking a Director of Change Management responsible for transformational initiatives across the organization. This leader brings a deep understanding of business needs and works collaboratively across departments to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, define key milestones, and guide change readiness efforts. This individual is a thoughtful and motivating leader who aligns stakeholders with each project’s vision, fostering engagement and driving adoption. This role will directly lead change managers dedicated to leading identified change and will report directly to the Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand constraints and establish key project milestones for each transformational initiative. Create realistic and achievable timelines within business.
  • Gauge divisional and departmental capacity to accept and adopt proposed initiative based on input from business unit leaders. Identify project dependencies and process changes required.
  • Outline partners impacted by each initiative and how stakeholders will be affected. Lead discussions and decisions to push organization forward with competitive urgency while ensuring the rate of change for success.
  • Lead team of change managers who own project implementation.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Skill/Qualifications:

  • Presentation Skills: Communicates with clarity, charisma, and enthusiasm to every level of the organization, from front line to C-suite. Builds trust with and wins over audiences with thoughtful and honest direction.
  • Verbal Communication: Synthesizes organizational strategy to its essence. Acts expertly as organizational authority on clearly and effectively expressing ideas, requesting actions, and formulating plans or policies.

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in organizational transformation, operational leadership, or related field
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time, including overnight travel

Preferred

  • PMP Certified
