Overview: The Director of Channel and Program Marketing will be the leader responsible for establishing and executing a comprehensive integrated marketing plan, managing the execution of our channel programs, launching new products, and ensuring the brand and brand messaging for Omada by TP-Link aligns with our vision. As a key member of the Channel organization, this role will lead a team focusing on partner development, implementation of channel programs and investments, product and solutions marketing and training and education. The role requires a strategic thinker with a focus on productivity and accountability. This is an Onsite role M-F 9am-6pm. Key Responsibilities: Strategy and planning: Developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies and programs that align with the company's overall business objectives and drive partner-led revenue. Manage Marketing Budget: Allocate and manage the channel marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost efficiency. Program management: Designing and overseeing programs such as marketing development funds (MDF) to ensure resources are allocated effectively with a clear return on investment (ROI). Performance analysis: Monitoring and analyzing key metrics, such as sales data, marketing performance, and ROI, to measure the success of channel marketing initiatives and optimize strategies. Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, and global marketing to align on goals and ensure consistent messaging. Content and portal management: Overseeing the development of partner-facing content and the maintenance of a partner portal to facilitate communication and resource sharing. Demand generation: Create and oversee demand generation campaigns, including digital, account-based, and partner-specific programs. Market intelligence: Keeping up with market, competitor, and channel trends to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks. What Your Future Looks Like in This Role: Establish Omada by TP-Link as a most valued and recognized vendor in the channel Creation of a Best-In-Class Channels marketing organization Build a best of breed partner community Lead all Product Launch and Promotions Create value for the company and partner community through program and elearning What You Bring: 10-15+ years of experience in technology channel marketing with a focus on program, brand, and learning Proven ownership of setting marketing strategy, executing roadmaps, and program management including fiscal ownership: multi-year planning, cost optimization, and build-vs-buy decisions across security and IT portfolios. Demonstrated success in building or participation in building a modern channel marketing organization Strong leader with excellent communications skills, business acumen, managerial courage, and agility who builds inclusive, high-performing teams History of partnering across Sales, Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance Ability to quickly learn product features and translate them into value for partners and end-users. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategy accordingly. Willingness to travel as needed for onsite distributor meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and events.
