As we scale, partnerships will be critical to our growth. We are seeking an experienced Director of Channel Sales to build and expand relationships with MLS’s, marketplaces, and other business development partners. This role will focus on expanding distribution of Lofty’s single products, creating scalable partnership frameworks, and fueling marketplace growth through strategic alliances. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will play a pivotal role in Lofty’s next phase of growth.

WHAT’S THE JOB?

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director of Channel Sales who thrives on building partnerships that scale. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate CRM space, API integrations, MLS data, and experience executing distribution and data-sharing partnerships at scale.

  • Develop and execute Lofty’s channel and partnership strategy, with a focus on MLS organizations, marketplaces, and technology alliances.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close business development opportunities to drive single product adoption and marketplace expansion.
  • Build scalable frameworks for two-way data partnerships and technology integrations.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to guide API implementation projects that enable seamless data exchange.
  • Establish and manage executive-level relationships with MLSs, technology vendors, and marketplace partners.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and enterprise sales teams to ensure alignment of partnership strategy with Lofty’s GTM motion.
  • Define KPIs for channel performance and deliver regular reporting to the CRO and executive team.
  • Represent Lofty at key industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to expand our presence and credibility.
