OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Center Director to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for children. This role requires English/Spanish written and verbal fluency, effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of child development principles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education teaching experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in education administration or management within a licensed child care facility.
  • DCFS Licensing Standards Director Qualification
  • Strong teaching background with hands-on experience working with students of various ages.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with parents, staff, and community members.
