SUMMARY OBJECTIVE:

The mission statement of Jews for Jesus is: “We relentlessly pursue God’s plan for the salvation of the Jewish people.” This role will be focused on forging long-term relationships with pastors, networks, and churches who want to bring the gospel to Israel and the Jewish people. The key role will shape how Jews for Jesus engages churches across North America and internationally cultivating new connections, stewarding key partnerships with influential churches, and positioning our executive leaders for high-impact opportunities. The Director of Church Partnerships will also work actively to help equip our missionaries to build meaningful local church relationships wherever they serve.
In the next 5 years, the Director of Church Partnership will lead the charge to help Jews for Jesus leadership build relationships with the top 200+ churches in the US and around the world. They will also work to triple the number of new partner churches and mission supporting churches.

COMPETENCIES OR REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • · Strong network within the evangelical church landscape.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to inspire, equip, and speak persuasively to pastors, church staff, and lay leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to build and execute scalable partnership plans.
  • Comfortable collaborating with executive leadership and guiding high-level initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (25% time) across North America.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Passion for Jewish evangelism and alignment with the mission of Jews for Jesus

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • ·10+ years of experience in church relations, donor engagement, or missions’ partnership development.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • ·A seminary degree and pastoral church leadership experience is a plus.
  • Prior familiarity with Jews for Jesus.
  • Non-profit experience.
