ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consult Partner / Director of Client Services to lead enterprise-level consulting initiatives with a global private firm headquartered in New York (this is a remote role). This is an elite opportunity to work with Fortune 100 clients and drive digital transformation at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams on strategic SAP ERP and digital transformation initiatives
• Oversee client engagements from pre-sales through delivery, ensuring excellence in execution
• Manage budgets, profitability, and staffing for consulting projects
• Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with Fortune 100 clients
• Develop practice methodologies, train staff, and mentor junior consultants
• Partner with internal business units (Cloud, SAP, Manufacturing, Utilities, Data, AI) to drive solution development
• Ensure consistent client satisfaction and long-term account growth
