This individual will serve as Flow Therapy’s clinical authority and guiding force, ensuring every patient receives exceptional, consistent care across all clinics. The ideal candidate brings a balance of clinical acumen, leadership development, and conversion accountability, driving both patient outcomes and clinic performance. This individual will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and elevating our Clinic Director (Advanced Practice Practitioners) team across multi-site clinic operations. Beyond daily operations, this person is also responsible for overseeing patient intake and conversion, helping guide strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of clinical excellence, and helping drive innovation in cardiovascular care through leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. FLOW THERAPY CORE VALUES Create Extraordinary Experiences Exude Passion Driving Change at Every Level Inject Your Personality Carry the Learner’s Mindset Think as One, Act as Many WHAT YOU’LL DO Clinical Excellence & Compliance · Serve as the single point of truth for Clinical Compliance, providing oversight, direction, and support to all CDs and PRNs. · Act as the escalation point for patient vital concerns or deviations in care standards. Maintain active Nurse Practitioner licensure and ensure clinics comply with all regulatory and documentation standards. · Conduct periodic audits of patient records and treatment documentation for accuracy and quality. Patient Success & Conversion Performance · Drive patient adherence, ensuring treatment completion across all clinics. · Build accountability frameworks that emphasize the mission-critical nature of each treatment. · Collaborate with Sales and Operations to consistently drive strong Orientation-to-Treatment conversion performance across all clinics. · Script and reinforce patient education on treatment importance during Orientation and throughout the care journey. Leadership, Recruiting & Development · Recruit, onboard, and develop new Clinic Directors as needed to support growth and succession planning. · Lead, coach, and empower CDs to take full ownership of their teams, patient experience, and clinic performance. · Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to drive accountability, skill growth, and alignment with company standards. · Partner with People and Operations to reinforce leadership behaviors that balance empathy with results. Operational Planning & Results · Oversee clinic scheduling and resource planning to ensure five-day CD coverage across all locations. · Partner with Operations on capacity management, patient load balancing, and efficiency optimization. · Monitor key metrics, including conversion, completion rates, and daily treatment volume, to ensure clinics meet growth and performance targets. CORE COMPETENCIES · Clinical Acumen: Deep understanding of cardiovascular therapy and care standards. · Leadership: Empowers CDs and PRNs to lead with accountability and autonomy. · Compliance: Acts as the single point of truth for quality and clinical governance. · Conversion Focus: Drives measurable improvements in Orientation-to-Treatment and adherence. · Operational Excellence: Skilled in scheduling, planning, and KPI management. · Culture Champion: Models Flow Therapy’s Key Vitals in every interaction. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE · Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) — active Texas or North Carolina license required (multi-state licensure preferred). · 7+ years of clinical experience, including 3+ years in a multi-site leadership role. · Proven ability to lead teams, improve patient adherence, and drive operational results. · Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and mentoring skills. · Organized, data-driven, and passionate about improving patient outcomes.
