Location: Broomhill, Holdenby Road Spratton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN6 8LD, England, UK
Salary: Up to £50k per year
Contract Type: 40 hours, Full-time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Registered Nurse (Mental Health) or equivalent with valid NMC registration.
  • Significant experience in a senior clinical leadership role within mental health services.
  • Proven track record in clinical governance and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including CQC standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support clinical teams, promoting professional development and high-performance standards.
  • Quality Improvement: Initiate and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare partners, to ensure integrated care pathways.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate clinical risks, ensuring robust incident reporting and learning systems are in place.
