We are seeking an outstanding Director of Co-Curricular Education to join our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and shape the strategic vision, coherence, and quality of our co-curricular life. This is a rare opportunity to lead an exceptional portfolio that inspires identity, belonging, leadership, and excellence in the lives of our students.
The Director leads and oversees CGS Music, Sport, Outdoor Education, and (where included) Clubs and Enrichment programmes, ensuring they are vibrant, inclusive, and aligned to the School’s mission and values. You will be responsible for the strategic development, quality assurance, staffing, and long-term planning of these programmes, ensuring they not only enhance student learning but also foster wellbeing, teamwork, and personal growth.
Working in close partnership with the Heads of Primary and Senior School, the Director will ensure that all co-curricular initiatives are fully integrated with student development, pastoral care, and academic outcomes. The role carries oversight for safety, compliance, partnerships, and business development within the portfolio, ensuring that our co-curricular provision remains innovative, sustainable, and impactful.
