We are looking to bring on a self-motivated leader who is accountable and engaged in personal growth with a proven track record of success in 3rd Party Collections Management Director of Collections Job Description: We are seeking a Director of Collections with experience leading teams, driving revenue growth, and overseeing implementations, technology changes, etc. some job functions include: Analyzes, evaluates, and reports on performance, SLAs, KPIs and other metrics Tracking and maintaining a deep understanding of overall collections performance at all times Performing continued training and education Implementing call center and collection operational strategies Developing and managing team of Collection Managers Providing daily personnel management and oversight Conducting regular 1:1’s and annual performance reviews Enforcing company policies and holding team members accountable Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change across the operations team Director of Collections Skills Required: Results oriented with the energy and ability to deliver results daily Ability to understand client SLAs and manage performance to them.
