What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a dynamic relationship‑management senior sales leader with strong credit acumen, a demonstrated ability to develop and coach teams, and a well‑established network within Colorado’s business community. The ideal candidate has a proven track record supporting Colorado‑owned and Colorado‑based companies generating $10MM–$100MM in revenue, with consistent success winning, expanding, and retaining client relationships in that segment. What You’ll Do: Build and strengthen relationships across Colorado’s middle‑market landscape, leveraging your network to expand our market presence. Establish and drive market strategy and sales performance, ensuring team meets production, credit quality, and profitability goals. Lead, coach, and elevate a team of Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and exceptional client service. Apply strong credit and underwriting judgment, providing guidance and oversight on complex credit structures and loan decisions. Champion Vectra’s commitment to offering both the reach of a large institution and the personal service of a community‑centered bank focused on Colorado. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in commercial lending, credit, or banking leadership, including proven individual and team‑development success. Strong sales leadership experience with a history of coaching, developing, and motivating high‑performing teams. Deep understanding of lending policies, credit analysis, structuring, and risk management. A strong and active network within the Colorado business community — especially among companies between $10MM–$100MM in annual revenue. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills. This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $275,000 - $350,000 annually depending on job-related factors. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as but not limited to, level of experience, skills, expertise, location, education, and certifications.
