Proven experience in customer-facing operational or sales roles, preferably within the technology, telecommunications, or IT industry. Strong aptitude in Commercial Management and deep understanding of sales dynamics. Ability to establish rapport and influence decision-makers across various levels and functions. Solid understanding of Business Critical Terms & Conditions and their implications on P&L and delivery. Ethical leadership with excellent negotiation skills and a track record of building trusted partnerships.
