We are seeking a Director of Commercial Operations to build and lead a dedicated commercial service team. You will act as the bridge between sales and execution—managing logistics for high-volume commercial jobs, ensuring billing accuracy, and coaching a specialized truck team to deliver white-glove service to our business clients. Position: Director of Commercial Operations Location: Smyrna, GA (On-Site) Pay Range: $45,000 - $85,000 (Base Salary + Commission) What You’ll Do: Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach a dedicated commercial crew to handle large-volume jobs, tight access sites, and high-expectation B2B clients. Operational Execution: Oversee daily routing and job site management, solving real-time logistical challenges (loading docks, elevators, safety protocols). Financial Integrity: Own the accuracy of the billing cycle. You will ensure job notes, photos, and surcharges are documented correctly to reduce invoice disputes and days sales outstanding (DSO). Quality Control: Ensure every commercial client receives consistent service. You will handle escalations, manage site access issues, and validate safety compliance. Sales Collaboration: Partner with the dedicated commercial sales executive to ensure estimates match operational reality and attend walkthroughs for complex projects.
