We lead these efforts across the globe to foster lasting success for the customers we serve.   Position Overview The Director of Compensation and Benefits leads our, payroll, compensation and benefits programs. This role is critical in ensuring our total rewards strategy supports our business goals, attracts top talent, and maintains compliance across our international locations. As the Director, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing, payroll operations, compensation structures and employee benefits programs. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and competitive positioning in all markets where we operate.  This is a hands-on director role, requiring the ability to manage and execute daily operational activities while simultaneously driving broader strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage our payroll, benefits and HRIS functions. * Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and international regulations. * Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with business objectives. * Manage annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive processes—including budgeting, modeling, communications, and leadership support. * Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to ensure fair, consistent, and competitive compensation practices for offers, promotions, and internal mobility. * Design and manage employee benefits programs for our North America operations, including negotiation with vendors and carriers to optimize cost and value. * Lead annual benefits planning and open enrollment, including vendor selection, plan design, employee communication, and implementation. * Ensure accurate and timely benefits invoicing and financial reporting; maintain benefit plan budgets/projections in partnership with Finance. * Manage expatriate compensation and benefits, including relocation support, tax considerations, and compliance with host country regulations. * Partner closely with field HR teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of compensation and benefits strategies. * Continuously evaluate and streamline policies, programs, and processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. * Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking to inform compensation and benefits strategies. * Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. * Lead benefit compliance efforts and ensure timely filings (Form 5500, 1094-C/1095-C, nondiscrimination testing, etc.). * Serve as the key liaison to Finance and Internal Audit groups for budgeting, equity reviews, compliance, and compensation-related audits. * Provide strategic guidance and reporting to senior leadership on total rewards.   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferred. * Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, payroll, and benefits.
