What You’ll Do In this role, you will serve as a key compliance and broker resource for the team. You will help agents navigate questions, improve decision-making, strengthen contract execution, and handle escalated situations with professionalism and confidence. You will also play a central role in elevating education across the organization by improving compliance training, delivering contract and addenda education, and overseeing our new agent mentorship program to ensure agents are being developed with the right foundation from day one. Core Areas of Responsibility Serve as a trusted resource for broker and compliance-related questions Guide agents through contracts, addenda, disclosures, agency, and transaction structure Handle escalated agent, transaction, and compliance situations with sound judgment and professionalism Improve compliance education across the organization Lead compliance, contract, and addenda training for agents Oversee the new agent mentorship program and help strengthen the development experience for newer agents Identify recurring compliance issues and implement better education, systems, and solutions Who This Role Is For This role is for a broker who wants more than file review or issue management. It is for someone who wants to influence how agents operate, how they are trained, and how a high-performing team scales responsibly. You may be a strong fit if you are: A licensed broker with deep knowledge of contracts, addenda, disclosures, and compliance Calm under pressure and able to navigate sensitive or escalated situations with maturity A strong communicator who can teach, coach, and build trust with agents Energized by raising standards, improving systems, and developing people Able to balance risk management with a practical, growth-minded approach Qualifications Active Broker’s License required Strong working knowledge of real estate contracts, addenda, disclosures, and compliance practices Experience handling complex, sensitive, or escalated situations Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or supporting agents preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Highly organized and able to balance day-to-day support with long-term improvement initiatives Why This Opportunity?
