Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in concessions or large-scale food and beverage operations ServSafe and Alcohol Service certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems Experience managing multi-unit operations or event venues Key Responsibilities: Direct all aspects of concessions operations across multiple outlets Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and inventory strategies Lead hiring, training, and performance management for concessions staff Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize offerings and efficiency Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth Analyze data to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
