The Director of Integrative Health Operations is the operational leader responsible for running all day-to-day business functions of the facility. This role ensures seamless execution of operations, staff management, and financial performance, while aligning with and executing the vision, clinical standards, and priorities set by the Clinical Director.
The Director of Integrative Health Operations is the bridge between clinical leadership and business operations - implementing the Clinical Director’s strategies, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional patient and client experience.

Collaborates with: Sales and Marketing Director, Corporate Leadership

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, fitness, hospitality, or clinical management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex operations.
  • Strong financial management skills and business acumen.
  • Through knowledge of HR-related practices (recruiting, timesheets auditing, benefits administration, coaching).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze challengers, generate solutions, and implement effective action plans.
  • Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational or personnel issues.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in technology and resourceful in its applications.
  • Naturally outgoing and friendly, and committed to outstanding customer service.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Translate the Clinical Director’s standards and directive into daily operational workflows and staff performance expectations.
  • Supervise all facility staff, including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Customer Service personnel.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strong leadership in people management, ensuring staff are aligned with clinical and business priorities.
  • Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance, reviews and off boarding.
  • Ensure staff understand and consistently execute clinical directive provided by the Clinical Director.
  • Cultivate high morale, professionalism, and patient-centered service standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including HIPPA.
  • Monitor quality standards for patient care and escalate clinical or medical decisions to the Clinical Director when appropriate.
  • Uphold a safe, secure, and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients and staff.
  • Drive financial sustainability by managing budgets, revenue goals, and operational expenses.
  • Track and report performance metrics (financial, patient satisfaction, compliance, staffing) to the Clinical Director on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with Sale & Marketing to execute business development plans specific to the location.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
  • Represent the clinic as a leader in luxury wellness and integrative health services.
