POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Residential Construction will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of luxury residential projects ($40-80M). This role is crucial in ensuring that all construction activities align with the company’s vision and quality standards, while also managing budgets and timelines effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury residential construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully completing luxury residential construction projects in the $50M Plus range.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge and experience in the Miami marketplace a huge plus.

• Lead and manage luxury residential construction projects and teams from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project quality and design integrity.
• Perform site inspections and manage on-site teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction to ensure smooth project progression.
• Report project status to senior management and make recommendations for improvements.
