Requirements of This Director of Construction Opportunity:

• 10+ years’ experience in heavy civil or municipal infrastructure construction
• 5+ years’ senior leadership experience on aquatic, municipal, and water treatment projects
• BS in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Responsible for contracts, bidding, negotiations, financial reviews, forecasting, and scheduling
• Mentor and support Project Managers, field and office teams
• Provide oversight for estimating, profit planning, and budgeting
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Northeast Nebraska
