Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in content marketing, digital strategy, or brand storytelling
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a leadership or content director role
  • Demonstrated success developing content strategies that drive measurable growth and engagement
  • Strong SEO knowledge and experience with performance-driven content
  • Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress) and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and grow high-performing creative teams
  • Exceptional project management, writing, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (advanced degrees a plus
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Director of Content, you will serve as the architect of our brand narrative and lead the firm’s content strategy across all digital and traditional platforms. You’ll manage a high-performing team, drive full-funnel campaigns, and create high-converting content that engages, educates, and generates demand.
This role requires a mix of leadership, creative direction, and performance marketing. You’ll report directly to the executive leadership team and work cross-functionally with marketing, design, intake, and paid media.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and lead the firmwide content strategy with a focus on brand authority, lead generation, and engagement
  • Manage the creation and distribution of multi-channel content including blog posts, video, email, web copy, paid social, print, and more
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of content creators and strategists
  • Align content initiatives with business goals, SEO strategy, and sales enablement
  • Oversee editorial calendars, campaign workflows, and internal processes for efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to ensure consistent messaging and execution
  • Analyze and optimize performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others
  • Stay ahead of digital content trends, technology, and best practices
