Location: Bucharest, Romania Reports to: Vice President, Corporate Affairs Role Purpose The Director of Corporate Affairs is responsible for executing Superbet Group’s Corporate Affairs strategy at Group level and ensuring disciplined, consistent delivery across all markets and business units. The role acts as the central Group integrator for communications, reputation management, government affairs coordination, ESG, and CSR, ensuring a single, coherent Corporate Affairs standard, narrative, and operating rhythm across the organization. Key responsibilities Strategy Execution & Group Coordination Translate Group Corporate Affairs strategy into clear execution plans applicable across all markets Act as the central coordination point for Corporate Affairs activities across the Group, ensuring alignment between HQ and local teams Ensure consistent Group-wide messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagement standards across jurisdictions Drive operating cadence, issue tracking, and delivery discipline at Group level External Communications & Reputation Lead day-to-day Group-level external communications, media relations, and issue management Oversee development of Group messaging frameworks, Q&A documents, briefings, and narrative materials used across markets Coordinate and support Group-wide crisis communications execution under VP direction Work closely with VP Regulatory Affairs and Government Affairs leads to ensure coherent Group policy positioning Support preparation of Group policy positions and institutional engagement materials Monitor political and policy developments across markets and provide early warning and escalation to Group leadership ESG & CSR Coordinate Group ESG reporting processes, including CSRD-aligned disclosures Manage delivery of Group ESG initiatives and CSR frameworks, ensuring local execution aligns with Group standards Support investor-facing and stakeholder ESG communications at Group level Experience & Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications, Public Affairs, or related roles Demonstrated experience operating in multi-country or regional environments Proven ability to manage complex external issues at scale and deliver under pressure Strong execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English About us We are a global technology company dedicated to building the future of entertainment and fan-centric experiences. Responsibilities
The Director of Corporate Affairs is responsible for executing the Corporate Affairs strategy at the Group level and ensuring consistent delivery across all markets. This includes managing external communications, reputation management, and coordinating ESG and CSR initiatives.
