Supervise outreach staff, strengthen access to care, reduce stigma, and build strong provider and community relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead program operations, compliance, and reporting Supervise staff, interns, and contractors Build partnerships with faith leaders and mental health providers Oversee referrals and coordinated access to services Deliver training and community presentations Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Social Work, or related field) 5+ years mental health experience 1+ year supervisory experience Strong communication skills Community outreach or faith-based experience a plus
