Hours: Full time or part time, with 2 days per week as the Director of Curriculum improving the programme content and the remaining time as a Professional Development Expert (PDE), delivering the programme to learners.

THE ROLE
As Director of Curriculum for the Data Engineering Level 5 programme, you will take ownership of an existing, successful apprenticeship programme. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and continuously improving programme content, refining delivery strategies, and optimising the learning journey to ensure exceptional learner outcomes.
This senior role requires active collaboration with stakeholders both internally and externally, including Product Management, Marketing, Professional Development Experts (PDEs), and End-Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs). You will lead ongoing enhancements to curriculum design, ensuring the programme remains innovative, relevant, and aligned with evolving industry standards and apprenticeship guidelines.
You will update and produce essential documentation for the programme, such as programme guides, curriculum outlines, and EPA preparation materials, as well as supporting PDE teams through targeted training and resources.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly influence and enhance an established apprenticeship programme, directly impacting learner success and organisational growth.
