The Director of Beauty Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, service quality, and overall client experience. • Maintain and elevate customer service standards to ensure a five-star client experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering of professional products, tools, and retail items.
• Oversee cleanliness, hygiene protocols, and presentation of the salon environment to meet luxury standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support promotions, events, and service launches.
• Handle client feedback professionally and implement service recovery strategies where needed.
• Analyse operational data, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, luxury service standards, and competitive benchmarks.
