As the Director of Data Integration, you will be part of our book of record technology team, coordinating with business partners to onboard new clients, support existing clients, and integrate third-party systems into our book of record system via API, FIX, and ETL files.
You will lead a team of Developers and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to develop and refine our integration layer. A deep understanding of the brokerage industry and trading is essential. Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with Portfolio Managers, Introducing Brokers, and technology partners.
  • Define the scope and onboarding strategy for new Portfolio Managers and Introducing Brokers.
  • Define the scope and strategy for integrating with internal and external technology platforms.
  • Lead the integration team in enhancing REST APIs and ETL extracts.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our platform is properly configured and the onboarding strategy is clearly understood.
  • Identify system gaps and manage them through the project intake process.
  • Ensure the accuracy of converted client data, including assets under administration.
  • Keep business and technical teams updated on conversion progress.
  • Monitor and ensure the completion of business tasks, mock conversions, and pre/post-validation according to the execution plan/runbook.
  • Support the sales team by meeting with prospects to answer questions and provide information and recommendations as needed.
  • Supervise individuals responsible for data mapping and the creation of validation reports.
