We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Data Science to join our team and lead our efforts in driving data-informed decision making. As the Director of Data Science, you will be responsible for overseeing our AI/ML initiatives, building scalable solutions, and implementing cutting-edge statistical methods. You will collaborate closely with business leaders on delivering actionable insights that lead to impactful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, experience with building and launching AI/ML solutions at scale, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for using data to drive business growth. THE STATS

What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • MS degree needed; PhD preferred
  • 10+ years of experience as a data scientist
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling data science teams in large, fast-paced technology driven environment – direct to consumer experience preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing large teams and complex projects
  • High familiarity with advanced data science techniques
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a strong sense of ownership and drive
