About the role Strategy – Lead Astrix’s global demand generation and field marketing strategy, including planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Present performance and insights directly to the leadership team. Marketing Operations – Define and oversee marketing workflows, processes, and the full technology stack. Take full ownership of HubSpot and ABM tools, ensuring all systems are integrated, data-driven, and aligned with Sales Ops. Partner closely with Sales Ops to define KPIs, maintain data integrity, and ensure full funnel visibility. Team Management – Lead and mentor a growing team of two Field Marketing Managers. Hire, train, and coach team members to achieve excellence across campaigns and regions. Funnel Optimization – Analyze and continuously improve funnel performance by tracking and optimizing key metrics such as conversion rates, campaign cost efficiency, and marketing-sourced pipeline. Growth Marketing – Craft and lead growth marketing strategies that combine creativity, experimentation, and data to drive scalable, measurable pipeline and revenue growth. ABM & Outbound – Collaborate with the SDR leader to define and refine Astrix’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), align targeting, and build a cohesive ABM + outbound strategy that connects digital, paid, content, and SDR-led touchpoints into one coordinated GTM engine. AI & Automation – Leverage AI tools to automate campaign optimization, improve targeting precision, and increase overall performance efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, SDR, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure seamless buyer journeys, message alignment, and coordinated execution across all GTM activities. Requirements 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 4+ years focused on demand generation and growth marketing. Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity marketing. Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue in cybersecurity or high-growth technology startups (preferably Series A–C/D stages). Exceptional content and creative marketing expertise — demonstrated success in crafting compelling narratives, messaging, and integrated campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (admin level) and ABM tools, with strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Google Analytics. Demonstrated success in building and executing inbound marketing programs, including sponsored media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. Strong data-driven and analytical mindset, with expertise in funnel optimization and performance measurement. Hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency, personalization, and targeting. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to work closely with Sales, SDR, and RevOps to align on strategy and execution. Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for building, mentoring, and empowering high-performing teams.
