Director of Design - Luxury Brands
This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA
This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations and more for all of Hilton’s unique brands! As a Director of Design - Luxury Brands, you will support the team that leads our luxury brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Luxury Brands team reporting to the Vice President, Architecture & Design - Luxury Brands, you will provide leadership, inspiration, and guidance to our teams, owners and partners as a subject matter expert in strategic planning, design and innovation to develop and drive global initiatives while supporting our efforts to help grow all Luxury Brand properties in the United States & Canada (NAM) region.

YOU HAVE THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Five (5) years of Luxury & Lifestyle Brands commensurate experience in hospitality design, project management and construction roles
• Four (4) years of experience in direct ownership communications and team management
• Mastery of all things digital including: SketchUp, AutoCAD, InDesign, Bluebeam, Microsoft PowerPoint and Project
• Travel up to 50% of the time
