Description
Associa is seeking a dynamic Director of Developer Services to drive developer-focused initiatives and support the leadership team in expanding and enhancing developer community. This role collaborates closely with Home Office, Regional, and Branch Leadership to guide communities from planning through transition and build out.   Key Responsibilities: * Partner with land developers and landowners to identify and secure new development opportunities. * Prepare pro-forma budgets and long-term, multiyear buildout projections. * Strategically plan and oversee developing associations. * Review and interpret community governing documents, including declarations and bylaws. * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including land use attorneys, engineers, and brokers. * Analyze absorption schedules and phase budgets to guide future association expense. * Collaborate with Reserve Specialists to prepare preliminary reserve studies. * Recommend homeowner assessments to ensure associations are fully funded for future expenses. * Engage with homeowners, pre-construction teams, and operations to ensure seamless transitions. * Manage additional projects as assigned. Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in HOA, condominium, and/or land and builder development. Background in pre-construction and operations is highly preferred. * Titles such as Land Planner, Developer HOA Manager, Developer HOA Director, or Manager/Director of Strategic Planning and Development for Developing Communities are encouraged to apply. * Exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic networking ability, and entrepreneurial mindset. * Service-oriented, team-focused, and innovative with a “think-outside-the-box” approach. * Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF Exchange, and adaptable to internal software systems.     #LI-PK1
