Responsibilities
  • Strategic & Financial Leadership: Own the Cloud Platform roadmap, driving cost-efficiency. Manage multi-million dollar budgets, championing frugality, and integrating AIOps and AI-driven cost management to build an intelligent, optimized platform. Partner with the C-suite on strategy and risk.
  • Technical & Architectural Ownership: Lead technical direction for Cloud Operations (GCP, AWS), Kubernetes, Service Mesh (Envoy/Istio), Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, NoSQL), and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, GitOps). Maintain deep technical expertise, guiding architectural decisions and performing “deep dives” when needed. Improve developer experience through reliability and self-service.
  • People & Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing, global ~40-person organization with the plan to lead a combination of AI Agents and people.. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and a bias for action, motivating teams through significant transformation. Drive hiring and professional development.
