Description

We are looking for a digital marketing director to take the lead in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies for clients and our company’s brands.
As the digital marketing director, this person would have in-depth digital marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. This person would lead digital marketing efforts while working closely with different teams within our company.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Good understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of how current digital marketing channels function.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Proficiency in marketing software, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Very good understanding of website development and design.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning. Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Team leadership. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Campaign management. Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet performance goals.
  • Market research. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies.
  • Budget management. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Brand management. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaboration. Work closely with other departments, including sales and product teams, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Reporting. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Client engagement. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Continuous improvement. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies, continuously improving the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
