We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing (DDM) to own and optimize our digital growth engine — building funnels, running campaigns, and creating content that converts attention into measurable revenue.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVES)

  • 5+ years in direct-response digital marketing (high-ticket services preferred: health, coaching, consulting)
  • Proven track record of copywriting + funnel builds (ads, LPs, nurture emails)
  • CRM & Automation Expertise: GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or other enterprise CRM platforms
  • SEO/SEM Fundamentals: ability to optimize content, campaigns, and reporting for search performance
  • AI Tools for Marketing: practical experience with ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO (or similar)
  • Skilled in analytics & reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Databox)
  • Experienced with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube)
  • Familiar with WordPress/ClickFunnels or other funnel builders
  • Ability to oversee or outsource creative production (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing) while ensuring quality outcomes
  • Data-driven problem solver; thrives on deadlines and accountability

  • Other CRM/automation tools beyond Salesforce & GHL
  • Health optimization, biohacking, or longevity sector background

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on execution + performance role — not just vendor management. You will be responsible for building campaigns, writing copy, managing funnels, and delivering results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and optimize funnels (landing pages, opt-ins, webinars, nurture sequences)
  • Write/direct copy for ads, LPs, and campaigns
  • Manage digital assets (graphics, video clips, creative) — outsource where needed but own outcomes
  • Run ROI-positive paid media campaigns (Google, Meta/Facebook, YouTube, retargeting, creative testing)
  • Repurpose podcasts, webinars, and events into scalable campaigns (social, email, funnels)
  • Own and manage the content calendar — integrating BD events, CEO thought leadership, and launches
  • Manage tagging, segmentation, and automation in CRM (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Zapier)
  • Deliver weekly KPI dashboards (CPL, ROAS, conversions, leads, CAC, LTV)
