We’re looking for a Director of Digital Product to bring Weezie’s digital experience to life by owning both our long-term digital product strategy and roadmap and the go-to-market execution that powers product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who loves balancing big-picture thinking with high-velocity execution and who thrives in a highly cross-functional, entrepreneurial environment. Reporting to our E-Commerce & Growth leader, you will partner closely with Marketing and Merchandising to ensure every campaign, launch, and product story translates into a seamless, high-converting customer journey across our Shopify Plus site. This role will manage two direct reports and collaborate with a full-service agency partner supporting both design and development. What You'll Do Digital Product Strategy & Roadmap (50%) Own Weezie’s digital product vision and long-term roadmap, prioritizing the highest-impact initiatives across the customer journey Lead discovery and strategy for key customer touchpoints including collection pages, landing pages, filtering, search, checkout, post-purchase, and upsell Translate business goals into clear product requirements, including feature documentation, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria Own the 2027 website relaunch — a full rebuild from scratch with an entirely new code base — including strategic direction, cross-functional alignment, timeline management, and launch readiness Identify opportunities to improve site performance and customer experience through CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and UX enhancements, and build the testing roadmap in partnership with leadership Oversee Weezie’s eCommerce tech stack and app ecosystem (site merchandising tools, shipping/script platforms, registry, etc.), evaluating tools and identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and ROI Partner with our external agency to ensure development work is delivered on time, scoped appropriately, and aligned with business priorities GTM, Merchandising & Site Execution (40%) Own digital go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions — ensuring launches are cohesive, on-brand, and conversion-focused Define and execute Weezie’s site merchandising strategy across key surfaces including homepage, PLPs, PDPs, and landing pages Ensure merchandising reflects the brand story and product “why,” while aligning to inventory realities and business priorities Lead all promotional execution including site setup, QA, validation, and go-live, ensuring a seamless customer experience during high-traffic moments Provide weekly and monthly reporting on site performance, including merchandising performance across collections, PLPs, and PDPs, and translate insights into actionable improvements Team & Cross-Functional Leadership (10%) Manage and develop two direct reports, providing clarity, accountability, mentorship, and growth opportunities Serve as the cross-functional owner of the site experience, building strong relationships and alignment across Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Experience leaders Drive operational excellence by establishing repeatable processes for launches, promotions, and site updates KPIs Revenue per Session Engagement (Clicks) Add to Cart Rate Conversion Rate per page type : Collection/PLP, PDP, Blog, HP Units per Transaction Who You Are 7-10 years of experience in digital product, eCommerce, or merchandising At least 1 year of people management and agency management experience Shopify Plus experience is a plus A detail-oriented executor who thrives on managing complexity and competing priorities Data driven and analytical mindset A positive, team player who excels at collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management Curious, innovative, and growth-minded - always looking for ways to improve, contribute new ideas, and expand your impact What You Can Expect Hybrid work environment: You will work from our Westside Provisions District corporate office Tuesday to Thursday, and will have periodic visits to our fulfillment center in Austell A team that works hard but knows how to #enjoythestay Unlimited PTO plus remote work during July 4th week and an office closure the week after Christmas Summer Fridays with a 1 pm close during the summer Anniversary gifts, including a $3,000 travel credit after 3 years of service and a 5-week paid sabbatical after 5 years of service Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) plan Generous Weezie product gift and discount for yourself, friends, and family Paid Parental Leave Weezie is an Equal Opportunity Employer that participates in E-Verify.
