Description
The Director of Digital Technology & Analytics (DT&A) is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale application systems, including off-the-shelf and custom solutions. This role will report to the VP, Digital Technology & Analytics, and will partner closely with business leaders to define technology roadmaps aligned to organizational goals. The Director will manage cross-functional teams, oversee vendor relationships, and drive innovation and accountability within the DT&A function.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Direct the development, maintenance, and production support of enterprise applications and off-the-shelf software.
  • Provide leadership and vision for the delivery of scalable and sustainable business solutions.
  • Develop and manage budgets that align with strategic priorities and promote long-term excellence.
  • Maintain collaborative partnerships with functional leaders to create and maintain strategic technology roadmaps.
  • Manage software vendors and ensure contract requirements are met to support business needs.
  • Ensure teams are adequately trained and prepared to support Unix, Oracle, and other platform needs.
  • Continuously assess and recommend technological improvements for efficiency and productivity.
    Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
  • 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise application development and vendor management.
  • Proven experience implementing large-scale systems utilizing a range of database technologies and hardware platforms.
  • Strong operational and financial management experience in a complex, decentralized environment.
