The Director of Dining Experience at Anchor Bay East Providence, is responsible for the entire operation of the culinary department, including the training and supervision of all department associates, maintaining inventory of food, supplies and equipment, managing the budget, preparing and serving food/refreshments, overseeing setup for all meals and special events, and ensuring the cleanliness and smooth functioning of the kitchen and dining room to provide a gracious dining experience for residents.
