Description Job Summary: Linden Square Senior Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Dining Services to oversee all aspects of food service operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality meal service, managing kitchen and dining staff, maintaining food safety standards, and creating a positive dining experience for our residents. The ideal candidate has a passion for serving seniors, strong culinary and management skills, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Plan and supervise food service programs that meet resident preferences and dietary needs Hire, train, and manage kitchen and dining room staff Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served professionally and safely Monitor kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance Manage food purchasing, inventory, and budget compliance Coordinate with nursing and activities staff for special dietary needs and events Complete dietary assessments and maintain accurate records Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; culinary or food service management experience preferred At least 2 years of experience in senior care, food service, or hospitality management Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food safety regulations ServSafe and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Why Work With Us?
