What You Will Lead Lead the growth of TGC’s enterprise-wide distribution business. Drive business development, sales, and supplier strategies across locations. Improve network efficiency, inventory performance, and cost structure. Partner with senior leadership on integration and expansion initiatives. Strategic execution of TGC’s distribution strategy. Integration and scaling of new distribution activities. Network expansion, freight efficiency, and inventory performance. Cross-functional leadership across Business Development, Sales, Supply Chain & Operations. What Success Looks Like Scaled a multi-facility distribution operation into a sustainable, profitable growth engine. Built stronger integration across supply chain, inventory, freight, and customer fulfillment. Developed new supplier and customer partnerships that expand TGC’s distribution presence. Created the operating discipline and leadership structure needed to support future expansion. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate would have demonstrated success in managing a distribution business in an industrial environment, with demonstrated skill in negotiating agreements with suppliers and commitments from customers to grow the distribution business, preferably for a company with revenues equal to The Gund Company or larger. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or operations leadership, including management or growth of multi-site distribution and logistics operations; experience leading a distribution business strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial manufacturing, supply chain management, or a related field.· Proven business acumen with the ability to lead P&L performance, forecasting, and financial planning. Demonstrated experience in distribution expansion, warehouse optimization, and network design. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across supply chain, sales, business development, and operations. Exposure to hybrid manufacturing/distribution environments.
