Responsibilities

THE ROLE

NextFoods is looking for a strategic, data-driven Director of E-commerce to lead digital growth across DTC, Amazon, and paid media for GoodBelly and Cheribundi. You’ll own the full digital P and Loss, guide performance across channels, and scale subscription, retention, and acquisition strategies with a sharp eye on profitability.
This is a pivotal hire for our lean team, ensuring digital channels grow in step with our retail ambitions. You’ll be supported by strong agency partners and a direct report overseeing influencer and organic social, with the opportunity to grow your team as channels scale.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, thrives in early-stage environments, and is excited to build a high-performance, profitable digital business.


You’ll Be Great in This Role If You Have…

  • 710+ years in DTC, ecommerce and Amazon with full P&L ownership and strong crossfunctional chops.
  • Deep fluency in performance media, CRM, analytics, and user experience
  • Strong understanding of modern ecommerce and retention tools, including Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and customer data platforms
  • Built or led highretention subscription programs, with a strong grasp of how pricing, pack size, and ship frequency impact churn and LTV.
  • Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in lean, fastmoving environments and build teams as the business scales
  • CPG brand experience strongly preferre
