This is a classroom-focused leadership position—you’ll spend about 80% of your time in early learning classrooms, modeling best practices and coaching teachers. The remaining time is dedicated to administrative tasks, data analysis, and planning professional development. What You’ll Do Conduct classroom observations and create behavior intervention plans Mentor teachers on curriculum, lesson planning, and assessments Lead professional development sessions in collaboration with Spiritual Development Rotate between centers to provide on-site coaching and support Track and analyze academic and behavioral data to inform strategies Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards Support onboarding and training of new team members Maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Complete 30 hours of annual training in adult learning, child development, and licensing What We’re Looking For Passion for early childhood education and faith-based learning Strong leadership and mentoring skills Passion for Texas Rising Star (MUST) Ability to work in classrooms and lead by example RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) Meets Texas licensing requirements for leadership roles Schedule & Pay Full-time, Monday–Friday. Pay based on experience and education. Requirements Required Education and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in behavior management or curriculum implementation. Minimum 2 years of experience coaching and mentoring teachers. Meets DFPS caregiver education and experience requirements. The Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or Higher Education in a related field. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field. Certification in behavior management (e.g., RBT). Experience in childcare administration or center leadership.
