Description Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services for a permanent leadership opportunity in Frankfort, Kentucky. The Director of Emergency Services ensures high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function, staffing, and performance of the Emergency Department. This role is responsible for forecasting, planning, budget monitoring, and operational leadership while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Director partners closely with executive leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support departmental objectives, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence. This leader plays a critical role in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures that align with hospital goals and support emergency services growth and performance. COMPENSATION: Salary Range: $110,552 – $176,883 annually Incentive Bonus: 17.5% – 26.25% annual incentive potential Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus: Case by case Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Bachelor’s Degree (non-nursing) or approved education plan required. Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of applicable Emergency Services leadership experience required. 3+ years of applicable Emergency Services leadership experience preferred. Proven leadership experience in a similar or larger Emergency Department with high patient volume. Strong Emergency Department operational leadership experience required. Proven track record of performance metrics, accomplishments, and outcomes must be clearly documented on resume.
