Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE •Oversee the engineering department with attention to details and follow-up to ensure satisfactory completion of tasks and projects •Maintain all equipment and systems in correct operational status including but not limited to Accor MEP standards, Fire & Life Safety standards, Risk Management, environmental standards, expenditures and project management •Prepare and control of the monthly and annual engineering department budget •Experience in yearly engineering-budget preparations and monthly forecasting of the department’s expenses •Prepare CAPEX expenditures for the engineering department and assist all other departments in preparing their CAPEX needs Qualifications YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES •Bachelors’ degree in the engineering field •10+ years of progressive experience in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions •Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills across various engineering disciplines •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Job-Category: Engineering & Maintenance Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
