As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities while driving innovation and sustainability initiatives. Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to optimize facility performance and reduce downtime Oversee all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and building infrastructure systems Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Mysuru, India Develop and manage annual engineering budgets and capital expenditure plans Implement and monitor energy management systems to improve efficiency and sustainability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experience through innovative technical solutions Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities Lead engineering aspects of renovation projects and new installations Analyze technical data and prepare reports for senior management Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong expertise in MEP systems, fire safety regulations, and building standards In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Mysuru, India Proven track record in managing large-scale engineering projects and teams Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Excellent budgeting and financial management abilities Proficiency in project management and CMMS software Outstanding leadership and communication skills Hands-on, organized, and safety-focused approach to operations Experience in hospitality or related industries is highly desirable Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
