EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)
• Master’s degree in Engineering and/or MBA (preferred)
• 10+ years of experience developing complex, technical products
• 5+ years in engineering leadership within a global business environment
• Experience with electro-mechanical automation systems strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including internationally

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Innovation: Lead global technology development and technical innovation to deliver market-differentiating products.
• Strategic Leadership: Guide engineering and R&D with a clear focus on design optimization, standardization, and customer-driven improvements.
• Project Oversight: Lead technical assessments and ensure projects align with capabilities, timelines, and budget goals.
• Process Excellence: Own and evolve engineering systems including CAD, documentation, and analytical tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, sales, operations, and finance to align engineering output with business strategy.
• Team Development: Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing global engineering teams with a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Results Focused: Ensure all designs meet product specs, performance standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.
