Are you a visionary leader with a passion for engineering excellence and deep technical experience in platform engineering and building shared services?
We are seeking a Director of Engineering for our Core Experiences Camp who can lead our efforts in building and scaling our cutting-edge platform capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our platform. We’ve got a bold vision for where we want to take our platform and need someone who can lead us on this journey.
Your teams will help drive one of the most innovative features, combining our People Science knowledge with our employee surveys and performance data using the latest artificial intelligence technique. A real AI use case that can drive meaningful benefit to 25 million employees. Your teams will also drive core elements of the platform, including home, navigation and rolling out our design language.
As the Director of Engineering within a Camp leadership team, you will be accountable for all aspects of the engagement and growth of our talented engineers, delivery of the engineering roadmap, and the stability and quality of the Camp’s production assets. You will be an important conduit for ensuring the Core Experience Camp’s engineering is done in collaboration with the wider engineering organisation, bringing all parts of our platform closer together.
