EXPERIENCE & LEADERSHIP

• 12+ years of technical leadership experience in large-scale, enterprise-level B2C applications
• 7+ years of people management experience with proven ability to build and scale teams
• Passionate, self-starting problem-solving leader comfortable with change and fast-paced environments
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering consistent results with minimal supervision

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

We’re seeking a hands-on engineering leader with a strong technical foundation and proven experience building healthy, collaborative organizations across multiple disciplines. You’ll influence technical decisions, drive prioritization and execution, and manage engineering teams in our fast-paced, impact-focused environment.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with exceptional leadership skills and experience managing complex software development projects. As Director of Engineering, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our product direction and ensuring successful delivery.
You’ll lead teams to deploy innovative solutions that meet InfiniteChoice’s evolving product and business needs. This includes creating technical vision, establishing strategic roadmaps, and maintaining the highest standards of execution quality while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
