In this leadership role, you will be required to lead a team to success through managing day to day system operation and maintenance routines of the property, and feel empowered to make an impact. Additional responsibilities are outlined below:

• Oversee all preventative maintenance repairs whilst showcasing your creative and innovative skills
• Drive sustainability initiatives throughout the property
• Deliver training for Engineering Talent to ensure they are continually developed
• Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and clients for equipment and relationship building
• Managing the engineering maintenance team and supporting them with operational tasks
• Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment
• Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives, setting the pace in the industry
• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the W Service Promis
