This role owns the technical definition, manufacturing strategy, and commercial performance of E-House solutions, including integrated MCCs, switchgear, UPS, PDUs, transformers, and auxiliary systems. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES · Define E-House platform architecture, including layouts, structural standards, and integration zones · Develop standardized design templates to reduce engineering effort and enable scalable configurations · Own fabrication and assembly standards to ensure consistency and manufacturability · Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA), incorporating production feedback for continuous improvement · Ensure products meet all applicable UL and regulatory compliance requirements · Partner with Program Management to align Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain on execution · Support and contribute to execution of scope, cost, and schedule across programs · Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and support customer design and system integration discussions for major pursuits Requirements QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field · 10+ years in power systems or modular manufacturing · Experience with E-House or integrated electrical systems PREFERRED · General Contractor/Building Construction experience · Experience with MCCs, switchgear, and PDUs · Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor) · Background in EPC project environments as a buyer or supplier · Familiarity with modular construction or skid-mounted electrical systems
